Now that warmer weather is upon us, the dogs are tied up outdoors once again for long stretches. Barking nonstop.

Silly.

Creulty to dogs is not silly. Tying dogs up all day is torture for the poor dogs. Please do not torture your pets.

Please do not close this issue unless you personally have proof that the issue is resolved.

Dogs continue to be tied up and left alone for hours. They bark at anything that moves.

Two dogs tied up on short leashes for hours. This is animal cruelty.

Additional follow-up is needed as dogs continue to be put outdoors for extended periods of the day, tied up and left alone. Barking continues.
