this road is much worse than many experience in primitive third world countries that lack infastructure. Welcome to Oakland.....please fix it. Almost roller coaster grade.

The whole block of chatter is decimated. It's a horrible excuse of the street it's horrible I mean that's being gracious. Is anybody from you guys that are reading this drove down the street I double dare you to start doing that from Beaumont Avenue to park boulevard is riddled cracks potholes uneven surface it's it's dilapidated. It's a pork skewers of the street that up to 1 million people go along you're in the weeks time messing up their shocks absorbers I personally have put in three sets of axles in the front in my car in eight years because of the dilapidated Street. Strongly suggest everybody just start calling numbers to complain this is been reported several times over the years then obviously another excuse of the city Council of the city Oakland not giving a rats bottom about its people. Another excuse of the city of Oakland wasting money on not doing its job and paving the of Chatham Road. This is been reported several times over years and it's still in the same dilapidated condition. Extremely bad patch jobs after patch job after patch jobs which fall apart in a heavy rain. Racks over cracks over cracked all the way down the street. Over several blocks. Over potholes after pothole over pot will be in ran over I don't even try to go down the street I took the long way now just to go over to the lake so I can avoid the street. And waste my gas in this economy to avoid this dilapidated hellhole of a block that the city likes to waste they're money even though there is no money to waste. When you make more sense to just pay the whole bloody thing from the beginning to the end yeah I would but this is the city of Oakland they like to waste money.

This is a complete excuse of a waste of money to keep patching this dilapidated horrible disgusting streets From Park Boulevard all the way down to Beaumont Avenue it's dilapidated a few years ago the courts are with repaid MacArthur was not the problem Chatham is the problem I don't understand the logic of the stupidity of patch jobs when the whole street least to be repaved It's a complete waste of money to do with another patch job when it will just fall apart in the heavy rain Is anybody from this stupid office drove down this block whatsoever ?? I completely invite you to do this then you will see what people have been saying for the last four years the street is dilapidated up to 1000000 People Dr. over the street in a week come on guys it makes more sense not to waste the money into repave the dang thing This is yet another excuse of a waste of money for the city of Oakland for them not to have any money. To waste Really really really stop waste in the flippin money repair the bloody block

And that is below knee to the response what the city said about this block. I was work done at the Lake Mary area and there was nothing wrong with what without over there this block is dilapidated compare to that you're wasting money by patching it. I don't believe that because if not you would be wasting money by doing something that wasn't supposed to be done on MacArthur a few years ago MacArthur wasn't a problem chatham is the problem. I think everybody should sue the city of Oakland for all the repairs that had to do on their cars in the last four years reporting this block to get their money back in the push to get this block fixed. Really come on get your act together and stop wasting money we don't have extra to spend on

the small claims court limit is high enough that it is worthwhile to consider it. And what about whiplash from the jouncing?
