This issue was never resolved. More items are accumulating. I think if the lot is developed people will no longer consider this a dumping area. i also think that it will be cheaper to install cameras than to have a dumping collection every week. Unfortunately I do not live in front or next door of the lot or I would put up my own cameras. I drive by everyday and will report every time I see garbage.

Yes, I don't know what it will take for the City of Oakland to choose the more cost effective surveillance cameras to chasing down dump site after dump site. How easy it is for them to mismanage our tax dollars.
