Why bot find a new place?

Kim. Most people can't afford to pay the money most landlords want up front. Besides why should this landlord be allowed to charge people to live there and not keep up the property.

Update from the Codes Compliance Department: In order for a Codes investigator to respond to an issue or complaint about something happening on the inside of a structure, a resident at the reported address would need to call Codes directly at 727-893-7373, give their name and contact information, and agree to allow the investigator to visit the location and inspect the issue from the inside. move why should she move, obviously she has fallen victim to the St Petersburg SLUM LANDLORD. Something needs to be done and the landlords need to do what is right . these landlords are ruining our city.too many good tenants and not enough good landlords.
