Description

On 12/9/15 at 7 PM my car was illegally towed from the back lot of Chinese Merch, 140 Worcester Rd. by Henry's Towing. I had been parked there less than 1 hour and the posted sign only says "No overnight parking." This is a violation of CH266 Sec 120D, "No person shall remove a motor vehicle which is parked or standing on a private way or upon improved or enclosed property unless the operator of such vehicle has been forbidden so to park or stand, directly or by posted notice". I am seeking a refund of $140 as well as the property owner to be informed that he needs a better sign. The law also states that Henry's should be fined $100. Thank you very much for your attention to this matter.
