One of the patches is starting to open again, i can see small pieces of asphalt coming up.. just fyi

A work order has been created to address this request

pothole is opening up again now. perhaps more perm solution now that it's warmer. 3/4/16. also it another small pothole just west of this hole about 90 ft away.

same 2 potholes westbound. prominence pkwy. opened again after hard rain. please pave this whole section.
