This area has 4 inlets for stormwater and resolves quickly, and considering it is adjacent to a designated flood prone area, it is amazing it only happens a couple times each year. I'd be more concerned about the 4-lane highway and feeder proposed which will add to the congestion of the intersection and stormwater retention..
