Opis

Again the trash guy came today and again he dragged the dumpster across the property tearing up the ground and dirt for over a foot! Went to look at neighbors dumpsters and all the neighbors dumpsters were carefull say down in the same place. I would like this fixed so I don't have to constantly move the container and rake out the dirt to fix his damages twice weekly
