Is it not the responsibility of the city department who took care of the problem to close service requests? It is very nice that the trouble reporting system allows the reporter to comment on the repair but.... it should not be a requirement that the person who reported the issue verify that the work was completed satisfactorily. I would think that there is enough oversight by city management to know if an issue has been resolved or not. This issue has been open so long that Conroy's Flowers is now a Pizza restaurant!
