Let me be clear: THE ENTIRE EAST SIDE OF SHOTWELL STREET BETWEEN 18TH AND 19TH IS NOW A HOMELESS VILLAGE. There are no homes on this side of the street, so the street numbers were approximate. Who is responsible for listing this issue as being resolved? They should be held accountable.
