Description
This motorcycle is almost always parked on the sidewalk in front of 230 W 72nd St. Seems like it is just on weekdays, but still. Is this a violation of DOT NYC Parking Regulations?
It is parked on a tarred-over tree pit, adjacent to a bike rack and the area attracts a lot of litter.

Thank you to Officers Culleton and Montgomery of the 20th Precinct for finally resolving this problem. The owner did not stop despite warnings and tickets. Officer Culleton made a personal visit to Fischer Brothers and that seems to have done it.
Closing the issue and crossing fingers that it won't recur.
