Sharraxaadda

There are two tags on the sidewalk on the southeast corner of the intersection of Fairmount and Columbus. One is black paint on the concrete. The second one is done with white paint on the yellow safety plate next to the first tag. I couldn't tell what the yellow plate is made of.
