This looks like stolen property. As bad as that is, dumping like this I would file a police report and if they do not come out I would pick it up and put it in my trash. PWD and Waste Management are overwhelmed and Oakland City government seems to care less sad.

I forgot to mention that the neighbor behind me has cameras and most likely recorded who did the dump as the cameras have recorded other activity on the street. If the City of Oakland is serious about curtailing this chronic dump activity all over Oakland then they should request the tape from the security camera, make an effort to identify the offenders and impose a fine. Maybe that will make these anti environmentalists take responsibility for their actions. I am filing a police report.

I have talked to several people who have offered up video evidence of a crime. Only to be told by OPD hat they not have the time or personal to go over it. I have called 911 and no one showed up. I have contacted non emergency around noon over found stolen property and the police came at 3 am no call just a knock on the door. This is why a lot of people just give up I am not there yet. If the residents want change the have to make it happen.

This issue is not closed. Just by chance the gardener came by last week and bundled all the debris together and placed it on sidewalk where it still sits.
