FAX Machine at Construction Services & Permitting

Try to send a test FAX to this department. There is a voice message on the FAX line, ("set your fax machine to delay")This fax does NOT work, has NOT worked for months. Impossible to use. Emailing Subcontractor Job Cards is also inconsistent, have emailed a sub card 3 times now since Wednesday and we are still not signed onto the Permit.
PLEASE GET THIS ADDRESSED AND FIXED
