Sharraxaadda

Crews are about to lay down the last stage of sealant on this street and I'm afraid that this large been that's was placed there by waste management that this customer ordered is not going to be moved in time. And either the crews will slurry around it ( and would look horrible and a waist of tax money)or won't finish this part of the street. It's just bad timing to places this been here. Been here for over a week now. What can be done??
