There is a large pile of stuff dumped on Scout Road on the right hand side (facing uphill), very shortly after Scout begins off of Mountain Blvd. It was dumped right at the base of a "No illegal dumping" sign. It is dangerous because Scout is a very narrow 2-lane and windy road and it is blocking almost an entire lane.
