There is an abandoned vehicle that has been parked in this parking lot for several months. It appears to not run and has the Windows petulant rolled down. The car is there 24/7 and has not been moved in months. It is located on the corner of the Bank of America parking lot. It is a white Chevrolet Malibu Tx plate LHD099.
