The Northbound left turn light stays green forever sometimes, I get hit with it alot.

OK..that helps. I will pass this on to our Public Works staff. When they have had a chance to look into it I will update this issue.

Our signal technician found a bad side street loop. We have put in a work order to recut this loop but until it gets recut it will continue to cycle. We anticipate completion of this work within three weeks as weather permits.
