Are either parties able to provide me with the license plate number? I would be happy to confirm that there is a valid and current Zone 5 permit on file and close this issue.

This is the owner of this vehicle!! First off I can't believe I'm finding my self having to defend myself in a neighborhood that I lived in for over seven years. You sir have a lot of nerve! That car is registered,insured, taxes paid to date to the city of new haven for that vehicle! Oh and my zone 5 parking permit is too! So that car belongs in this neighborhood so it can sit anywhere legally I want to park it, got it! Get a life!

Which is precisely why I am trying to simply verify this so I've done my due diligence of looking into the original posters concern and close out this issue. We always appreciate the constructive assistance of all residents in the resolution of this task.

I dispatched on officer to get me the plate number and confirmed that this vehicle indeed has a valid residential zone 5 permit.
