overgrown trees from this property (see pole number Nynex -6) are hanging over the street and whenever we get snow and winds big pieces of tree are falling down to the street and hitting the wires. Since these trees are hanging over city street property can they be scaled back? Someone walking under them or driving by is gonna get injured or killed, almost happened with this past snow storm. A plow driver pushed all the fallen limbs onto my neighbor's property which she isn't happy about. The homeowner at the property where the trees are located is disabled and refuses to do anything about them despite neighborhood pleas.
