Description

Across from 91 Cedar there is a white van that does not have a parking permit that is partial on the sidewalk as a result the sidewalk plow could not clear the sidewalk there the black truck also blocked the sidewalk making a mess there.
What weren these vehicle towed for obstructing the clearing of snow? Why isn't the van ticketed for no resident sticker and parking on the curb?
