This hazard was reported nearly two months ago. How long will it take to fix it, prior to someone getting hurt?

November 4th, 2012. This issue was originally reported on August 19th, about 2-1/2 months ago. Especially after the heavy rain experienced during Hurricane Sandy, the wooden board covering the opening has deteriorated and, as well, shifted a good deal, so that one may look into an open hole into the sewer. This is potentially dangerous for children, animals and people. Please, City of Richmond, would you expedite the relpair of this dangerous and unsightly hazard.

November 17, 2012. It has been three months since this issue was first reported, yet no repairs have, as yet, been made! Why not?

Why is this still under review after three months?? Lets get this repair done promptly..

4/19/2013 - Service Review: Richmond Stormwater Mgmt assigned this to their contractor on 7/22/2012 for rebuilding and no word has been received as to whether this was done satisfactorily or not - double checking today - rtt

Why does the city not know what its contractors have or have not done??

Does this not raise some questions about the efficiency and conformation of contract work actually being done in a timely manner.
