The city needs to designate hours of the day when they do not permit plowing especially in residential areas! Last night, my family was awakended at 12:00AM to a plow cleaning up the parking lot on the corner of Tremont street and Main street!!! We approached the men who were plowing and asked them to stop given that it was NOT SNOWING and that it was Midnight! This is ridiculous and happens every Winter! This needs to be resolved ASAP as we too have to work in the morning!
