Water coming thru edge of side walk near man hole.

After 3 hours the city has yet to respond and it may freeze which will cause a safety hazard. Which is why this should have been phoned in and the posted to warn others. The post should mention it was called in. People this is not a city site and it is not monitored 24/7 by the city. If you do not know who to call , try the police 203 946-6316

This appears to be a water pipe that has burst with the colder weather. Call the RWA's emergency number .203 562-4020
