  I see the issue was assigned to someone 3 months ago. Regretfully there has been no fix yet. My daughter tripped and fell on the loose leaves on the sidewalk recently.

  This issue is still not resolved and is getting worse. I see that 'T. Kemp' was assigned to this issue. I can take another photo or video if helpful. Thank you.

  Sadly, this sort of thing happens all over Decatur (and elsewhere). One of the Decatur local mags from a couple of months ago told citizens to report this to the police when we see it happening, which I did once. But, when I called the police as it was happening, the officer who answered the phone didn't seem to know why I called her.
