Mold appears to have been deemed by the super as "mildew" and bubling Sheetrock on exterior walls - not sure if that's a fact, but there's no "fuzz", so we are hoping it's so. The elevator issues persist with no apparent in sight. Roach/pest infestation is still there and no serious measures are being taken. There are other issues, such as construction dust in hallways and suspicious characters hanging around the property. The management us playing dumb when any of this is brought up, saying "we don't know anything about it", the super is a "patch and forget" kind of deal and the owner is never available. This is completely awful...
