The city and traffic department will not go down Arlington Street, Fayette Street ,Farrington Street because if they did, they would make a ton of money for the city I have not seen a ticket person in a very very long time in this area.

Its an abandoned vehicle with front and rear end damaged. I've seen people opened the trunk, pulled the door handles. Its a quality of life issue as well as public safety. May be i should post it on Facebook instead.

It only takes about two minutes to write a parking ticket. How difficult it is to run the plate number and mark the tires? I have seen kids going through the trunk twice already and a guy pulling the door handle.
