Exactly what is needed

We have the same issues on Whitney. I've been begging for years for something to be done. There are two schools near me and drivers speed run reds constantly even with the presence of a crossing guard (poor guy).

The speeding and red-light running are "life-and-death" issues. Please address this in neighborhoods! (I see it being addessed downtown during evening rush-hour and I am thankful).
