The Housing Authority property adjacent to Walgreens has piles of litter and probably has not been cleaned up in weeks or months

There should be a trash can chained to that bus stop over there but housing really doesnt care about cleaner and safer nieghborhoods unless the property is in more affluent nieghborhoods or the mentioned property hits the news or they are theatened with fines other than that they dont care about the nieghborhoods a majority of their proprties are in
