The traffic lights have been out since Friday afternoon and were still out this morning at 6:45am!

I also reported this to this site. I don't think this site gets anything resolved. I also called the Pinole police who said they don't take care of it. And I called a number I got from CCC and they said they don't take care of it. I have now reported it to the news!!
