Bags of Quikcrete are still there. Now there are multiple large Pine boughs that someone has dumped in that same spot next to the large metal container in the Munson St Parking lot

These bags of wuickcrete have been sitting there moldering in the rain for two months. Now they have been joined by dumped pine boughs and other trash. Not much time to clean up before the grand opening of the park.
