The homeless are going to make sure that every single park in the city is ruined. Thanks Mayor Libby. It is shameful.

Just so you don't feel alone. Here is a homeless encampment that has been in Snow Park (site of the Oakland Running Festival) for five months now.

I wouldn't doubt if the mayor told parks and rec not to mess with the homeless also. Evidently the citizens don't matter. I thought her job was working for all people in Oakland, not one group and of course the rich.
