This situation with the drainage inlet needing cleaning for bad odor has been formally reported to Richmond Stormwater Management (Request #20020865582) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly. Because of time that may be involved with this request, updates or follow up can be conducted by dialing the Richmond Customer Care Center at 804-646-7000 and referring to Request #20020865582

2/20/2013 Richmond Stormwater Management noted the basin inlet was finished out for cleaning as of 11/6/2012 - there was an additional referral sent to Sewers for the Main Line to be cleaned well to clear odor - this case file is listed as closed - rtt
