I busted two tires on Palfrey in January 2014. I had called the highway department to report the bad conditions. I filed a claim with the town, they denied the claim saying the Highway Dept. did not know about the conditions on Palfrey Rd.
I am looking for someone else who might have reported Palfrey Rd. in early January, 2014 so I can sue the town.
Palfrey rd is just getting worse. Right now there are more potholes than ever - very dangerous. Curious to know why this has not been fixed. Not that hard to drive around Belmont to map the potholes and fix them - proactive measures work much better than for 'us' to have to bring up the issues - sometimes after damage has been done.

I have set up a watch area for the Belmont Department of Public Works. They will now be alerted anytime someone adds comments to this issue.
If you know that the issue has been fixed, please close it.
