Q. Please describe in detail the issue.
A. Cars are parking too close to the stop sign on Clyde at McDonald. This is causing a traffic hazard as cars coming down McDonald cannot turn down Clyde and cars traveling down Clyde end up blocking the intersection. City and emergency vehicles are not able to turn down Clyde St. A "no parking" sign should be installed on Clyde St near the stop sign to prevent this hazard.

Yes, a quick Google search yielded:
http://codes.findlaw.com/tx/transportation-code/transp-sect-545-302.html
Texas Transportation Code § 545.302. Stopping, Standing, or Parking Prohibited in Certain Places
(b) An operator may not, except momentarily to pick up or discharge a passenger, stand or park an occupied or unoccupied vehicle:
(4) within 30 feet on the approach to a flashing signal, stop sign, yield sign, or traffic-control signal located at the side of a roadway;
So sounds like it may actually be 30ft, but of course that doesn't really matter unless it is enforced, and yes 100% agree that parking is terrible throughout. I have no idea how the city garbage/recycle trucks get around but the drivers must have a lot of patience.
