Location: parking garage, corner of 5th St. S. and 1st Ave. S, directly across from the FL Holocaust museum.
Violations:
-crumbling staircase; rebar sticking out of stair
-pedestrian exits not marked; difficult to find way out
-no pedestrian pathways
-abandoned, dark passageway
-poorly lit areas
-no security
-graffiti, trash
