#4 Canonicus Street, in the rear on Quequechan side is a disgrace. The dumpster is too small and the trash overflows. After dumpster pickup everything on the ground is still there.
I have to see this everyday. This landlord needs to be fined for this as well as the fine upstanding tenants he rents too (Insert sarcasm) but that's another post.
