Description

This street light needs to be re-calibrated, primarily from 4-7pm, so that North/South traffic on Cretin has far more time to move traffic. More cars travel on Cretin during rush hour to/from 94 than they do on Marshall, and because the light is so poorly timed traffic backs up considerably, most time 4 to 5 blocks north.
