I see these vehicles parked there whenever i walk down Jefferson in the morning. I, too, have reported this to no avail. At one ooint many years ago, the city had Block by Block plans to address code vilations. Of course, they abandoned them before completeing them, but they were a good idea and shouod come back.

Apparently the use of this lot as a parking lot is permitted because it has a curb cut.

This property was sold to Catalano by the City, subject to a City approved development plan which was to be implemented within a year of the sale. The City needs to retake possession of the lot and resell it to someone who will honor the plan to develop the lot. He has used the lot as a commercial vehicle parking lot for years now. There is also a stack of rubble flooring from his firehouse and a broken tv on the property. So now it's also a dump.
