Description
The sewer at the intersection of Nottoway and Mount Vernon still backs up every time it rains. DPU has tried to fix it before. The water runs pretty far up the street on either side of the intersection. When I took this photo, another sewer across the street was completely drained, with no standing water. So I don't think it's a matter of water volume. 1608 Nottoway is the closest house number.
