Can the timing of this signal be adjusted during rush hour so that traffic traveling down Columbia Rd towards Dupont Circle doesn't get stopped by both the traffic signal at Ontario Rd NW and this signal? In particular, I am concerned about Metrobus delays. Right now, route 42 and 43 buses heading towards downtown get stopped by the signals at both Ontario and at 18th / Adams Mill Rd.
