The fence of 71 1st street is rotten and falls into my property (69 1st Street) resulting in inability to obtain homeowners insurance.
I was informed that the Insurance company would not insure my property till the fence is removed/repaired.

There has been no action with respect to the rotten fence which is falling on my property and prevents me from obtaining homeowners insurance.

Lee. 69 First is a boon to the hood with all the plants out front. I detour just to walk by. Seems like a very slow response to your issue in back yard compared to other areas in town where issus are handled in a couple of days. Strange, no?
