While the temporary black filler patch is appreciated, not only does it not last, when the temperature gets into the high eighties and beyond, it softens, making it difficult for wheelchairs to maneuver. When will the sidewalk(s) be replaced correctly with cement? Last year, one street west (Birwood) and one street south (Kramer) had sidewalks replaced that weren't nearly as bad as this one (and several others on Griggs).

The cold patch is temporary. It only lasts a few weeks/months and does nothing to address the raised/buckling concrete. When will the sidewalk be repaired/replaced for a permanent fix?

Once again, while I appreciate the temporary patch, it does not address the ongoing issue of a dangerous sidewalk. The severely raised portions of sidewalk (and there are many on both sides of the street) makes it nearly impossible for wheelchair bound, elderly, or other physically challenged individuals to safely use them. If this is the incorrect forum for this complaint, please inform me as to whom I should speak with to obtain a more acceptable and permanent resolve for this problem. Thank you!

Hello: Is anyone actually reading these comments or are they just computer generated responses? My report has been so called "resolved" and closed four times. Once again, throwing that little black patch in a couple of spots is NOT solving/resolving the problem. The sidewalk is RAISED and broken which is what caused the little boy to fly off his bike and the UPS man to trip. Cold patch does nothing to correct raised and broken concrete. Whom do I contact for a real, permanent solution? Thank you!
