There has been no re-graveling of the ally behind my property. The potholes remain large. Please explain where the repairs have been made?

Will the city provide a timetable of when the alleyways in my neighborhood will be regraveled? I see this issue has been acknowledged, closed, and acknowledged again, but there has not been any work done to the alleyways. The continue to be used by large trucks and cars alike and the crater potholes worsen.
