Description
Construction has begun on the old church at 847 State Street in New Haven, Workers have taken over several street parking spaces with traffic cones and tape. Do they have a permit for this? Parking is extremely tight in this area and yes, I'm sure the construction company wants these convenient spaces but that doesn't mean they are entitled to them. (sorry bad pic - you get the idea)
