A. for the last two years this house has sat vacant. a small hole appeared in the roof in the weeks prior to the Memorial Day 2015 storms. these trains led to full penetrating from roof through ceiling of the property. in the times since, more damage has occurred to the front and rear of the structure. this is a clear case of demolition of a historic property by neglect in clear violation of city code
