Man at this address is grilling food in front of the house on the sidewalk and selling the food for profit to passers by. He also gets phone calls and orders on his cell phone. He does not have a food vendor license.
In addition, the smoke from the grill is adversely affecting the neighbors because they can not have their windows open without the smoke invading their private space.
