Resident called back for follow up and was upset because of the backlog. stated that she's seen pickups in her neighborhood. advised that they are picked up in the order they are received. She would like someone to call her back regarding system used. 757-350-0474

Thank you for picking up our yard waste, however, I'm still awaiting a phone call to discuss the effectiveness of the pickup system and process in hopes that the next time we request a pickup we won't wait 40+ days.
