Quick correction on this, there are two poles down, one on my car. The power is still out, no sign of UI. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thank you!
EOC is the Emergency Operations Center for the City of New Haven. During the storm, the city operated out of EOC. When this issue was initially reported on SCF, a call was made to EOC on behalf of the person who reported this issue. There are many storm related issues that still exist throughout the state. I, for one, am still without power. Please consider the magnitude of the storm and its aftermath. I wish I had power at my residence right now but understand there are entire communities who do not have power and those areas are a priority. In regards to the utility pole on the vehicle, that is definitely a concern. I hope that it gets resolved soon.
Thank you, Sandy. This family of 6 is also without power. I'm sure that the City is doing all it can. It would be great if UI were on SeeClickFix to acknowledge issues and might give residents a sense of security and more patience.
EOC is the Emergency Operations Center fort he City of New Haven. I believe it is temporary and used during Emergencies such as Hurricane Irene, Sandy, etc. to consolidate/triage calls and services and free up 911. The phone number is (203)946-8221
