Descripción
The multiple storm drains on Church St in Old Ellicott City are clogged with chunks of asphalt and other debris. Water poured over the wall where Church meets Main St again last night, flooding properties including mine at 8188 Main St. The debris needs to be removed, not just moved to help prevent further flooding. We've flooded twice in three days. Please help. Thank you
